Return and Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of medical and healthcare products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product is delivered.
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must inform SK Care within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
- SK Care reserves the right to verify all claims before approving returns or refunds.
